Short Description:

  • We are seeking a qualified Manager/Senior Consultant who will be responsible for full management (marketing and promotion, sales targets, selection of best editors/writers) as well as a senior editor who will guarantee the quality of work and manage the most difficult orders. 

Main responsibilities:

  • During the first part of the year until experienced you will do application consulting: editing of essay/recommendation/CV, in depth editing; brainstorming and advising;
  • After half a year you should have become proficient to coordinate/check quality of junior application consultants work;
  • Managing  processes: billing process, on-line system for the work with clients functioning, web-site performance etc;
  • Business development and promotion of site among prospective clients, world MBA community.

Requirements:

  • Full-time job in an office. Kiev, Ukraine
  • Brilliant level writing English is a must!
  • Good skills of writting essays or articles. 
  • High results proven by tests and international certification (TOEFL, FCE, CAE, IELTS) will be great plus.
  • International experience or exchange program experience. 
  • PC competency: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
  • Punctuality, honesty, ability to work under time pressure and under strict deadlines with a high level of client-orientation;
  • Ready to sign at least a one year long employment contract after probation period.

Job Purpose:

  • Creates creative media briefs for the agencies and manage copy and media plan development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, marketing or related field. MBA / post graduate education in Marketing or Business Management a plus
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience with proven track record of achievements gained in leading FMCG companies.
  • Marketing related experience within OTC industry and experience in sales is a plus
  • Must have demonstrated outstanding people leadership capabilities
  • Marketing background must include experience across several lines of business/ channels, including product launches and advertising.
  • Needs to demonstrate cross functional expertise and can thrive in a highly complex and matrix environment.
  • Must have demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking expertise, as well as ability to influence senior management decision making
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building and negotiation skills and listening skills
