IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is designed to assess the language ability of those who want to study or work where English is the language of communication. What does the test consist of?

The test is made up of four parts taken over the course of one day:

	Listening 40 minutes
	Reading 1 hour
	Writing 1 hour
	Speaking 15 minutes

Your language skills will be evaluated on a scale from 0 (non-user) to 9 (expert user).
